Human Resources and Personnel Adaptation Specialist (Kaluga)
Job Responsibilities:
- full cycle of the recruitment process execution: processing and refinement of the recruitment request form, search of the best ways of recruitment;
- efficient search and selection of specialists with different levels of qualification according to the specified requirements;
- interviewing candidates (per phone, in person and by Skype);
- placement of information about current vacancies in media and Internet;
- using the following platforms for personnel search: HeadHunter, SuperJob, JobLab, social networks, search for new channels;
- active search for alternative channels and solutions for personnel recruitment (creation of a job page in VK, and informative posts writing. Usage of messengers: WhatsApp, Telegram for content placement and attraction of potential candidates);
- monitoring of the labor market: market analysis, salary monitoring;
- supporting the recruitment process of a successful candidate in the e-documentation and business processes’ automatization system “Euphrates”;
- creation of the candidates’ pool in the personnel recruitment automatization system E-Staff Recruiter;
- working with internal documentation, compiling reports;
- active participation in all events for improvement of recruitment processes: from the interview script-plan, reporting forms for tracking conversion on candidates to permanent refinement and integration of new stages/processes (questionnaire surveys, testing, etc.);
Requirements:
- Higher education (psychology, management);
- Work experience: 2+ years in the HR sphere;
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, working with PDF files;
Conditions:
- 1-year employment contract with possible prolongation;
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 08:30 till 17:30, Fridays from 08:30 till 16:30;
- Lunch provision;
- Location: Kaluga, Suvorova str. 121, “Moskovsky” Business Center, office 406 (Floor 4);
